CRM, BPM and ERP Integration

Connect workflows, records, orders and service state through APIs and events.

API · TRUST · EVIDENCE

Governed integration pattern

Contract

OpenAPI, schemas, errors, idempotency and versioning.

Trust

Identity, mTLS, tokens, policy and masking.

Evidence

Tracing, audit, reconciliation and acceptance evidence.

INTEGRATION DISCOVERY

Discovery checklist

  • Source and target systems and owners
  • Inputs, outputs and data classification
  • Authentication, trust boundaries and network
  • Timeout, retry, idempotency and reconciliation
  • PoC dataset, UAT evidence and rollback
REFERENCE WORKFLOW

Reference CRM, BPM and ERP flow

01

Request capture

The Kiosk normalizes form data and attaches a correlation ID before workflow submission.

02

Process orchestration

BPM determines the next step; KioWare only exposes actions permitted for the current session.

03

Core-system update

ERP or CRM receives the transaction through APIs or queues with idempotency and reconciliation status.

04

User response

The Kiosk displays request reference, next step and support channel instead of unnecessary internal data.

SECURITY & ACCEPTANCE

Controls before implementation

  • Agree which system is the source of truth for each field.
  • Define pending, completed, rejected and compensated states.
  • The Kiosk must not access databases or internal services outside the governed integration layer.
  • UAT should include duplicate requests, timeout, rollback and end-of-day reconciliation.
